This month we are heading to Rockpool Residential Aged Care Pelican Waters. Rockpool celebrates and nurtures its residents by delivering exceptional care in a kind and supportive environment. They provide care and services creating an environment for residents, their loved ones, and team members that is safe, secure, inclusive, contemplative, reflective, and vibrant with life!! The home focuses on supporting ‘aging in place’, caring for people who have lived and worked in Pelican Waters that want to stay where they know and love.
