As we approach the end of another remarkable year, the festive season offers us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and most importantly, reconnect. It’s a time when we see the true spirit of Caloundra shine, as residents, visitors, and our incredible local businesses come together to celebrate and support one another.

At the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce, we believe that a connected community is a thriving community. This year, we are thrilled to present an exciting calendar of festive events designed to bring us all closer together.

We kick off on Thursday, November 19th with our final Coffee in Caloundra for the year at George Street Café, partnering with STEPS for festive drinks, best-dressed prizes, and Christmas gift shopping that supports a great cause.

The celebrations continue with our Southern Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Glasshouse, Maleny and Montville) Combined Chamber Christmas Party on November 24th at Aussie World. An evening to unite businesses from across four regional chambers, strengthening our network as we celebrate our shared achievements.

The holiday magic continues on Friday, November 27th with the Caloundra Christmas Street Fair & Tree Lighting. Coinciding with Black Friday, Bulcock Street will transform into a twilight night market featuring late-night shopping, local food vendors, entertainment, and the official tree lighting supported by Sunshine Coast Council and Kendall Hatcher MP. Be sure to also stay tuned for announcement details regarding an additional local tree-lighting celebration happening across our community!

Finally, no coastal Christmas is complete without Carols on Kings, Proudly Sponsored by the Caloundra RSL on Saturday, December 12th at the Kings Beach Amphitheatre 4 – 8pm.  A community collaboration with Caloundra Chamber of Commerce, Qu Events, Sunshine Coast Council, Caloundra RSL, and Kendall Hatcher MP and an array of local businesses <insert website information>, it promises to be an unforgettable evening of live music, food trucks, and thousands of voices singing by the ocean.

Christmas reminds us that our true strength lies in our community. When we support our local traders and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our neighbors, we reinforce the close-knit bonds that make Caloundra such an extraordinary place to live and do business. I warmly invite every member of our community to join in, connect, and celebrate the heart of our region this festive season.
